Our Chicken, Pork & Cider cooking class will show you how to prepare and cook various cuts of delicious chicken and pork whilst showing you how to flavour match these dishes to different ciders.
On arrival at the session, you will be welcomed by our Chefs with a refreshing cider plus enjoy tasting throughout the class, matched to your dishes.
The Chefs will guide you through preparing and cooking each dish, discussing BBQ Cooking covering all the important methodology around temperatures and resting meats as well as answering any questions you may have about the dishes or challenges you face at home with your own BBQ or certain recipes! The Menu includes:

Pork Belly San Choy Bow
BBQ Chicken Skewers with Cider, Chilli and Herb Quinoa Salad
BBQ Hood Roasted Apple Stuffed Pork Loin with Onion and Sage Jus
Lemon and Oregano Chicken Breast with Crispy Chorizo and Tomato Salad
We will send you home knowing that you're a qualified BBQ Chicken & Pork aficionado and will be crowned in glory by friends and family when you entertain at home and serve a perfect roast pork!

Lessons are attended by between 12-20 students (plus 2 experienced chefs) and take place usually from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM.
The class includes all ingredients, light refreshments and a fantastic meal to enjoy together. The classes are both a demonstration and hands on experience to ensure you have the confidence to replicate the dishes at home.
This experience is best enjoyed as a participant. To ensure maximum space and comfort of booked guest we do not have spectators for this experience.
