Our BBQ Tapas class will out the Spanish fiesta into any backyard BBQ! Enjoy a glass of Sangria on arrival and say “Hola” to this more-ish menu!
On arrival at the session, you will be provided with a glass of sangria, an apron and welcomed by our Chefs who will outline expected competencies from the session, discuss the format of the day and introduce the menu which includes:The Chefs will discuss BBQ cooking and cover all the important methodology around temperatures and resting meats to ensure that you will really impress when you next entertain at home. We then get straight in to demonstrating the first tapas dish where you will replicate the dish demonstrated by the Chef and prepare and cook the dish yourself.

We sit down together as group to share in the first dish before embarking on the next tapas dishes covering all parts of BBQ myths and secrets as well as a demonstration before being given the tongs and lifters to re-create your recipes yourself.
Throughout this segment the Chefs will guide you through preparing and cooking each dish as well as answering any questions you may have about the dishes or challenges you face at home with your own BBQ or certain recipes!
We will send you home knowing that you're a qualified BBQ Tapas expert and will be crowned in glory by friends and family when you entertain at home – Spanish style.

Lessons are attended by between 12-20 students (plus 2 experienced chefs) and take place usually from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM.
The class includes all ingredients, light refreshments and a fantastic meal to enjoy together. The classes are both a demonstration and hands on experience to ensure you have the confidence to replicate the dishes at home.
This experience is best enjoyed as a participant. To ensure maximum space and comfort of booked guest we do not have spectators for this experience.
