    Looking for something to do that will get you outside and get your adrenaline pumping? Take on the obstacles high in the branches at TreeTop Adventure Park in The Hills District, Sydney, where people from all ages can experience the daring adventures on offer. 

    After a brief training session, you can let loose on the tree top course and embrace your inner Tarzan. Slide down flying foxes, move from tree to tree on suspension bridges and jump from liana up to 20m above the forest floor. 

    These eco-friendly adventure activities are great for the body and mind, and gentle on the environment. This multi-award winning park caters for people from all walks of life and all levels of fitness. You just need to be up for the adventure.

  • Experience Details

    Fitness and Experience

    • This is for ages 10 and over, and admission for ages 3-9 years is also available for a lower price
    • Under 16's should be accompanied by a participating adult on the junior courses, with a ratio of maximum four children per adult
    • Maximum weight is 120kg
    • Minimum height is 1.4m
    • Every participant is required to complete and sign a waiver form, and those under 18 must have a waiver form signed by an adult guardian
    • The activities are not recommended for pregnant women, people with back injuries/conditions, heart conditions, or any injuries affecting your mobility/strength/endurance

    What to Bring/Wear

    • Comfortable clothes
    • Enclosed, secure shoes with rigid soles
    • Your waist should be covered and body-piercings removed or taped over for comfort
    • Long hair must be tied back and jewellery removed
    • Drinking water
    • BYO gloves or the park sells basic types from $4 to $5

    What is Supplied

    • Admission to the TreeTop Adventure Park at The Hills District to complete the courses
    • All equipment (harness, double lanyards, carabiners, pulley and helmet)
    • A mandatory training session prior to doing the courses

    More Information

    • Allow about three hours to complete the Treetop courses
    • Arrive 30 minutes before your session start time
    • In case of wet weather, the park will remain open and activities will happen as usual - TreeTop Adventure Park is a lot of fun even in the rain
    • In case of lightning or heavy winds, the park will close until conditions improve. In this instance and if you have not been able to complete the courses, you will receive a complimentary pass
