Where is the Central Coast?

The Central Coast region is in New South Wales, around 70km north of Sydney, made up of suburbs including Gosford, Woy Woy, Avoca Beach, Terrigal and Umina. The journey from Sydney to Central Coast takes around one hour by car. Those wishing to travel from Sydney CBD using public transport will find trains running from Central Station to suburbs including Woy Woy and Gosford every 30 minutes.
