Byron and Beyond Tour with Lunch - 6 Hours

Byron Bay – the most Easterly point on the nation’s coast – is home to a variety of wildlife. Among the animals to look out for are dolphins and, at the time of their annual migration, whales too. Your Byron and Beyond tour kicks off with a check-in at the town’s best vantage point: the Byron Bay lighthouse. Here, you’ll see both the mountains and the stretch of Pacific Ocean that hugs the Byron Coast. And, with any luck, some of those famous locals.  

From there, you’ll head to The Farm – the restaurant, café, produce stories and, yes, you guessed it, farm, run by the guys behind Sydney’s Three Blue Ducks. The produce is all locally-grown. On the must-try list? Anything on the menu featuring Cooper’s Shoot tomatoes (case in point: their Bloody Mary.)

Next on your itinerary is Crystal Castle. Nestled in the hinterland, here you can explore the crystal-filled Shambhala Gardens, have your aura read and take a spin of the prayer wheel. Be sure to visit the gift shop so you can take a little piece of paradise home with you. Our pick? The rose quartz (it’s the stone of love).

Before you call it a day, you’ll make way for the historic town of Bangalow to explore and, more importantly, to eat! Be sure to leave time for a cold one at the pub – the back veranda is the perfect spot to pass your afternoon and catch up about you saw during the tour.
