Having encounters with iconic Australian animals is an exciting experience you need to check off your bucket list, but they’re not always easy to come by in the wild. So if you’re keen for the thrill of getting up close and personal with some Aussie creatures, Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary has you sorted.

The Feeding Frenzy tour gets you right into the action at feeding time at the Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary. Your guide will take you and your group to meet, greet and feed as many different animals as possible during your two and a half hour tour. Prepare for unforgettable experiences like feeding eucalyptus to the koalas while patting their fur, offering the cockatoos live treats, giving the wombats their snacks, hand-feeding the tawny frogmouth birds who swallow their food whole, and plenty more. You’ll even get up close and involved in the feeding of the Tasmanian devils, an iconic and endangered Australian species.

This is a completely unique opportunity to be a part of the action and see so many Tasmania’s animals in their element. There are plenty of creatures to see and feed, and the group sizes are kept small so you’ll definitely get your fill of animal encounters during the tour.
