Find out more about camels’ 130-year history in Australia, alongside their tough Afghan cameleers and learn about the role they played during the opening up of the outback. Meet the cameleers, explore into the camel’s world and hear their fascinating stories, before you explore the saddlery and the camel race track, home to a number of trophies including the prestigious Uluru Camel Cup.

Your Uluru camel ride will last around 1 hour, but you should allow 2.5 hours to enjoy the whole experience. This event will begin and end at Uluru Camel Tours, located at 10 Kali Circuit, Yulara, Northern Territory.
If bad weather affects your experience’s ability to go ahead, your experience provider will endeavour to reschedule to a date that suits you. Alternatively, you’ll be offered a refund.
Once your experience has been confirmed, any changes must be directly made with your experience provider at their discretion. Your supplier’s policy is as follows: there is no charge to reschedule your experience within 24 hours of the event. However, no shows or late arrivals on the day will forfeit their experience and will not be offered a refund.
You should make your own insurance provisions to cover you in the unlikely event of an accident.
