Hotel Pickup
- Accommodation transfers from your hotel to Cairns airport, and from your cruise finish in Cairns back to your hotel are available and transfers from Port Douglas can be arranged for an additional cost. Please call the supplier with at least 24 hours notice to book pick up.
Terms And Conditions
- Please be sure to inform Adrenaline of any relevant medical conditions at the time of booking so the experience provider may accomodate you
- Children are welcome, but must be accompanied by a paying adult on the flight
- Children three years and above are charged at adult rates
- Individual passenger weights and accompanying carry-on luggage must be advised upon booking, and weight variances greater than 10% may incur an additional fee
- Maximum single seat payload of 130kg
- Passengers exceeding 130kg are required to purchase an additional seat at 50% of the ticket price - this is non-commissionable and payable to the provider on day of travel
Cancellation Policy
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
