The perfect motoring experience
I purchased the VIP experience for my wife - she drove 6 laps and then was a passenger for 2 laps with a professional driver- which she did today. Ros found it to be one of the best experiences she has had. Graham and Kurt, the 2 drivers, as well as all the staff were wonderful. A fantastic experience that I suspect she is keen to do again- at least once the adrenaline gos back to normal levels!

What you can expect
Get the full V8 performance racing experience with this ultimate combination of passenger laps and driving laps on the North Circuit at Sydney Motorsport Park. You'll get behind the wheel and put your own driving skills to the test on four laps around the circuit, and strap into the passenger seat for two blistering laps with a real race car driver showing you the full high-speed potential of the car. Your V8 drive day kicks off with a safety briefing and pre-drive tuition session with experienced race drivers. They’ll go over techniques on cornering, apexes and exiting, efficient braking and acceleration, steering, gear changes and general car control, as well as safety and track awareness. You’ll have time to ask any questions and make sure you feel comfortable taking the wheel and taking on the track in a V8 race car. Then it's time to experience the extreme power of a real V8 race car, and take on the 2.8km circuit with your instructor guiding you from the passenger seat. You'll soon realise how easy it is to take control of a V8 car. And, the excitement is not limited to inside the vehicle, spectators will absolutely love the high-speed action from the grandstand. Treat yourself to an unbeatable adrenaline rush or give the gift of memories!

- V8 days are not normally affected by weather, unless there is an absolute downpour in which case the day will be rescheduled. In the event of inclement weather, your ride will be rescheduled

- No manual-transmission driving experience necessary
- You must hold a minimum of a P-Plate licence to drive
- You must be able to fit into an XXXL race suit or smaller
- Maximum height is 194cm
- Minimum height is 135cm
- Maximum weight is 130kg
- Not suitable for anyone who is pregnant
- You must have a 0.00% blood alcohol reading on the day
- The experience provider reserves the right to stop the car or refuse anyone found to be driving or acting in an unsafe manner
Cancellation Policy
- This experience is non-refundable, no cancellations and no amendments
- No refunds will be offered on any booked experiences. However, bookings are transferrable – in the case of transfers, the original purchaser must provide notification of who the voucher will be given to before the booking or voucher expires. No refunds will be offered on expired bookings or vouchers
