Terms And Conditions
- Minimum age is 5 years old
- Maximum of 29 guests
- This tour does not go to Whitehaven Beach
- Charters will need a minimum of eight guests for the tour to depart
- Please advise of any dietary requirements or food allergies at the time of booking
- There is no option to purchase drinks onboard, but you are welcome to bring your own
- Guests must be able to swim and speak English to participate in water activities
- Participant changes are allowed, please contact the experience provider
- In case of extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled
- Cruise ship guests are asked to ensure that the tender schedule aligns with charter times to avoid missing the tour
- Please confirm embarkation and disembarkation times with the provider at the time of booking

- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
