The boat was of great quality, clean, tidy and safe, amenities were sufficient. Meal was good however not enough tables for everyone to sit and eat at, many customers eating a meal on their laps which was extremely difficult in a boat with 1.5 mtr swells. Totally inappropriate. Staff should have requested people vacate their tables when finished eating so others could sit at tables and eat. They played the same 10 songs over the speakers over and over which became annoying about 3 hrs into the journey. Some staff were rude, in particular the girls at the cafe counter, giving wrong orders to people, unable to calculate monies rendered, it was a bit of a shambles. At the gift store the staff there did not know what they were doing either, no idea where other stock was stored for different sizes and no idea on prices, staff went to check and left us standing there waiting and never returned. Other than those few issues we had a great day with awesome weather and whale sighting.
