THE GAME OF CHANCE
1. This is a lottery draw competition (The Competition) where one winner will be randomly selected to win the “Fastrack Experiences” ("The Prize")
2. The promotional period is from March 4, 2024 until 12 noon (AEST) on April 26, 2024. This competition will be running on adrenaline.com.au from 11am AEDT on 11/3/2024 to 11am AEDT 25/3/2024.
THE PRIZE
3. The Prize is supplied by Fastrack Experiences. The prize is 10 x 6 lap drives valued at $4.740 (incl. GST).
4. “The Promoter” is The Trustee for Experience Central Unit Trust ABN 31 485 970 551 and Trading as Fastrack Experiences Pty Ltd of Suite 111, level 1, 566 St Kilda Road, Melbourne, St Kilda, VIC, 3004. Fastrack Pty Ltd conducts this competition under the Trade Promotion Lottery terms and conditions of all States of Australia.
5. Fastrack Experiences Pty Ltd is not responsible for any additional costs associated with receiving the prize. Nor is responsible for any costs associated with travelling to and from experience locations. If the winner resides outside NSW, an additional travel allowance of $750 will be included, should they choose to drive exotic Supercars.
TO ENTER THE COMPETITION
6. To entry the prize draw, entrants must submit their name and email address on either of these two websites before 12 noon (AEST) on April 26, 2024: https://fastrackexperiences.com.au/ https://www.adrenaline.com.au/
7. The prize draw will take place on April 29, 2024 (10 am AEST).
8. The prize winner will be notified via the email and phone number provided in the entry details.
9. The winner will be contacted on the April 29, 2024 and must respond within 48 hours to accept their prize and confirm the details to arrange the prize.
10. If there is no response to confirm acceptance of the prize within 48 hours, another prize-winner will be randomly selected until the prize is allocated to a prize-winner.
11. By accepting The Prize, the Winner agrees to being identified on the Fastrack Experiences and Adrenaline websites and associated social media channels.
12. The Winner agrees to being included in photos and promotional content in association with this competition.
GENERAL COMPETITION TERMS
13. Any decision made by Fastrack Experiences in respect of the Competition is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.
14. The prize is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind and is subject to these terms.
15. The prize is provided by Fastrack Experiences with pre-booked experiences totalling 10 x 6 lap drives available at any Fastrack venue (excluding Bathurst where 6 lap drives are not conducted) on any 2024 event date. 16. The competition is open to all Australian residents except past and present employees, contractors, and/or agents of Fastrack Experiences.
17. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in unlawful or other improper conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such a person are reserved.
18. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential economic loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of the competition.
19. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the competition.
