Fitness and Experience
- You must be able to understand English, or have a paying translator participate in the program with you
- Translators must advise staff at the start of the program and satisfy all criteria
- You must be 14 or older and a minimum height of 130 cm. We will measure you on the day without footwear
- You must purchase a Sea World entry ticket or Super Pass, or hold a valid VIP Pass for entry to Sea World. Animal Adventures program purchases do not include Sea World entry
- No open cuts or infections
- No pre-existing knee, pelvic or back injuries
- Always follow staff directions
- Follow all safety instructions during the tour
- You must be able to quickly exit the back of house area unassisted
- Make sure you have no contact with any bird species for 8 hours before your encounter
- Not suitable for pregnant women
- If you have a disability, please call Village Roadshow Theme Parks to determine suitability to participate in the program
- Please note, a limited number of special needs programs are available
What to Bring/Wear
- Do not wear visible jewellery, unless protected by approved protective clothing
- Comfortable clothing and footwear
- Hats, sunglasses and sunscreen
- All personal belongings, including bags, are not permitted on the tour and will remain in the Polar Room. Please ensure valuables are stored in a coin-operated locker before arriving for program
- Photography is not permitted in the back-of-house areas, including on the ice
What is Supplied
- An amazing penguin experience
- A range of penguin activities
- Supplied overalls must be worn on the Penguin Antarctic Adventure program

Session Length
- This experience goes for approximately 45 minutes
- Available between 10am to 5pm, 7 days a week (excluding Christmas Day and Anzac Day)
- Sea World’s opening hours on Anzac Day vary, please check with operator
