    Get set for a leisurely kayak up the Bermagui River nestled on the South Coast of New South Wales. Led by expert guides, paddlers will be provided with a safety briefing and instruction before jumping into their kayaks for a gentle paddle up the river.  

    As you pass the mangroves, be on the lookout for herons foraging in the shoreline and cormorants drying their wings on tree branches up above. If you listen closely, you can even hear the lull of tranquil bellbirds. With an abundance of wildlife, this three hour Bermagui River kayak tour is everything you need to relax, unwind and reconnect with nature again.  

    A delicious riverside morning tea is included with plunger coffee, black leaf tea or peppermint tea, seasonal fruit and gluten free caramel slice on offer. You may even like to take a refreshing swim in the river before the return journey back to the start point.

    Fitness and Experience

    • Minimum 4 guests, maximum of 10
    • Any travelling parties with participants under the age of 8, must book a private tour and not join our group public tours
    • Our expert kayak guides are able to assist everybody in entering and exiting the kayaks safely and with dignity
    • Must be able to bend knees to comfortably sit in kayak
    • Guests hip width should not exceed 50cm when seated to comfortably fit inside the touring kayak. Please let us know at time of booking if this is a concern, as we have alternatives and can use our sit on top kayaks
    • Trained assistance animals are not permitted inside the kayaks for safety reasons
    • There are no toilets at our meeting spot, the closest facilities are on the South West side of the Bermagui River Bridge
