    Fitness and Experience

    • No prior experience is needed
    • Kite surfing is not recommended for pregnant women
    • If you have a medical condition that may affect your ability to learn to kite surf, please let us know so that we may be able to accommodate you

    What to Bring/Wear

    • Swimmers, or wetsuit/rash vest if you have one
    • Hat and sunglasses
    • Drinks and snacks 
    • Change of clothes for after your lesson
    • Those under 18 will need a parent or guardian present to sign on the day of the activity
