Test your determination and challenge yourself on this great one day rockclimbing abseiling adventure.

Rock climbing is the ultimate mental and physical outdoor activity. Nothing else will matter to you on the rock face except where you are going to put your next foot or hand grip. Rock climbing is about concentration, agility and commitment.

Abseiling and Rockclimbing takes place west of Melbourne in the Brisbane Ranges or You Yangs, about 60 minutes from Melbourne.

During the course of the day you will be taught the fundamentals of abseiling and once you feel confident with these skills, you will have the option of attempting forward abseiling. A whole new perspective of the world is realised as you lean over the edge of a cliff, parallel to the ground below.

Part of this adventure is also dedicated to learning how to rock climb. You learn at your own pace in an atmosphere that allows you to challenge yourself to a level you are comfortable with. Of course, our guides will encourage you to push your limits so that you can gain the most out of your day.

It was a fantastic experience, the instructor was friendly and knowledgeable and allowed us to feel safe whilst challenging ourselves. The small group size meant that we were able to do alot of climbing and have one on one instruction. Rock climbing and abseiling are great fun and I can't wait to do it again!

Fantastic day. Only downside of the entire trip was they did not have climbing shoes in my size (13). Other than that could not fault the entire day. Thanks!

I had a great time! The staff were easy to get along with, very experienced, knew what they were doing and lots of fun. The group was the perfect size, not too big but not too small and they were all really friendly.
