    Fitness and Experience

    • Must be able to ride a bicycle at a basic level of balance and understanding
    • Participants should be in good health and capable of undertaking mild exercise
    • Typically suitable for children aged 12 years and over
    • Riders must be able to safely touch the ground and be strong enough to hold up the bike

    What to Bring/Wear

    • Covered in shoes are essential
    • Sunglasses, sunscreen and waterproof jackets should be considered in accordance with the weather on the day

    • Helmet, gloves and knee pads (Feel free to bring your own helmet and PPE if you would prefer - as long as it is in good condition)
