Take off on a 30 minute introductory flight where you'll fly a Robinson R22 helicopter under the guidance of a professional pilot. Enjoy incredible views of Perth as you feel the rush of mastering helicopter flying manoeuvres.

    Your flying adventure kicks off with a 25 minute pre flight briefing to get you ready to take on the controls. Then get ready for take off as you strap in beside your instructor in the dual controlled Robinson R22 helicopter. For a half hour training flight, your instructor will help you to climb, descend and hover. They'll also take the controls to add in a few adrenaline pumping tricks as well to top off your flying lesson.

  • Experience Details

    Fitness and Experience

    • No particular level of fitness is required but people with epilepsy cannot fly
    • No experience is required, you will be supervised by an expert instructor at all times
    • You will not be allowed to fly if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
    • Maximum weight is 95kg
    • Maximum height is 190cm
    • If you exceed the height or weight limits you can pilot the larger R44 Helicopter at extra cost

    What to Bring/Wear

    • Comfortable clothing should be worn, as it can get quite warm in the cockpit
    • Sturdy shoes
    • Sunglasses are a must as the glare off clouds can be quite severe
    • A cap is also a good idea
