Feel the thrill of seeing Great White Sharks in real life and up close at The Neptune Islands, South Australia. This adrenaline-pumping full day shark sighting tour is the perfect opportunity to face your fear and bring Shark Week to life.
After being treated to a delicious early morning breakfast you’ll jump on board the specially designed sightseeing vessel and head out from Port Lincoln Marina to ‘Shark Bay’ at Neptune Islands. On the way, see the spectacular scenery as you cruise through the Thorny Passage and expect sightings of dolphins and local seabirds.
To attract the sharks, this eco-friendly tour uses audio sound vibrations instead of blood and fish - and ACDC has proven to be some of the sharks’ favourite music! Then it’s time to come face to face with the iconic great whites. The modern vessel comes equipped with a unique six person submarine shark viewing area that gives you incredible underwater 360° views without getting wet.
If you’re up for the adrenaline rush, you can also jump in the water and swim with sharks! If you’re nervous about diving with the sharks and not sure if you want to commit before you get on board, no problem. When the great white sharks arrive you can opt to get into the cage to actually swim with these endangered species for just $175. Dives generally last 45 minutes.
Whether you get in the water or not, the opportunity to see these terrifying apex predators up close in their natural habitat is the thrill of a lifetime.
Very good tour.
Even though we didn’t get to see any sharks on the day, I thoroughly enjoyed my day out. The guys on board were amazing and so accomodating. Thank you for a great day out. Kindest regards Tiffany
I can't speak highly enough for the day you gave Kay and I. We'll be back.
The Adventure Bay Charter boat was awesome to travel in. Intrigued by the engine capacity; which made travel across the bay and in around islands off Pt Lincoln SA incredibly enjoyable. The crew were tremendous and the group on board, diverse and fun. We made the most of the experience and I will tell other people about the adventure. The natural beauty of the islands and seascape were a wilderness delight.
We booked everything online so did not have to deal with anyone from adrenalin directly. However website was easy to use and had all the relevant information needed. Only saw one shark on our experience, however the crew worked extremely hard to ensure we all had a fantastic time. They were all very friendly and the boat itself was well equipped. Excellent food and drink service throughout the day too. Would definitely recommend to other people wanting to cage dive.
The tour was great. The sharks turned up and hung around. Staff very friendly and professional. Toasties were scumcious.
The crew at Adventure Bay Charters were really friendly and helpful. They went beyond my expectations on the day. We had a great experience!
Didn't see sharks but was compensated and still had a rippa day... Skipper was a top bloke. He was keen to have a chat and passionate about his job. Barista Lila, made great coffee and shared alot of cool stories ... Deck hand, Matty, was a gun. VERY well fed on the boat! While in the cage we fed bread to Trevally and watched a 9 tonne school of salmon. Even had a fish (bottom bouncing baits). Cant wait to go back when the sharks wana play the game
The Shark dive with adventure bay charters were brilliant, I could not fault them at all. Excellent service and friendly staff. We saw sharks up close which was amazing! 10/10!
i had a fantastic time I thought the boat ride out there was amazing enough but then when I saw the sharks under water I was in awe of the way they move fantastic day out
