    Fitness and Experience

    • The minimum age for this experience is ten years of age; proof of age may be required
    • Not suitable for pregnant woman and for those with a history of spinal injuries and heart conditions

    • Swimwear and a towel
    • Wetsuits are preferred, however bathing suits and rash vests are suitable
