    • If whales are not spotted on a whale watching tour, each passenger will be issued with a ticket to come on another whale watching tour for free.
    • The new ticket will be valid for 12 months from the date that the provider is permitted to operate at full capacity again (21 passengers)
    • Passengers with back, neck, shoulder or heart conditions, those who are pregnant or who have injuries/conditions that may cause a risk to their health, do so at their own risk.
