Fitness and Experience

• Child tickets are valid for ages 3-13years. Infants under 3 years travel Free of Charge. Must be advised at time of booking 
• If you are prone to seasickness, it is recommended that you speak to your pharmacist about preventative measures before you board as the crew cannot provide medication 
• Participants in their third trimester of pregnancy must advise this at the time of booking

More Information

• Minimum number of passengers is required to run this tour.
• Additional Cruises may be available during peak periods.
• It is at Boattimes discretion to investigate with Photographer and Crew of sightings of whales.
• If no whales are sighted on your cruise, another cruise will be offered. No refunds are given
• The boat is not suitable for motorised wheelchairs. If manual wheelchair access is required, please advise the provider upon booking. Toilets on board are not wheelchair accessible
• If cancellation or change is within 48hrs of cruise a $20pp administration fee applies. Minimum 48hr cancellation notice by booker or booking is forfeited.
• All ticket sales are final. No further discounts will be applied once a booking has been made. No refunds will be given in the instance that a reduced price is mentioned / found after the booking has been processed.
• All tickets purchased are to be redeemed during the current year and the same WhaleWatching season
• COVID19: The boat is cleaned/disinfected prior to and after each cruise. Hand sanitiser is available throughout the boat for use by the crew and passengers. If instructed, temperatures will be taken prior to and at the conclusion of each cruise
• This experience runs with a minimum of 50 and a maximum of 100 participants. Due to COVID19 restrictions, these numbers may be subject to variations

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
