    What to Bring/Wear

    • Dress according to the weather, casual comfortable clothing is advised (jeans and sneakers). Shoes must be flat, no high heels or open toed shoes permitted. Hat, sunglasses and sunscreen are a must.

    • Please advise your weight, any special dietary requirements and if you have had a recent injury or surgery at the time of booking
    • People who have had recent back or leg injuries should consult their doctor before flying
    • Flights run daily subject to availability and minimum numbers between early April and late November
    • Windward Ballooning will not knowingly fly any person who is pregnant
    • Flights do not operate during the warmer months of December to March due to unsuitable weather conditions.
    • In the case of strong winds or heavy rain your flight may be cancelled and rescheduled for a later date. If your flight is to be cancelled you will be contacted by 1pm the day before your booking.

    Cancellation Policy

    • Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
    • Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
    • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
