Fitness and Experience

• Minimum age is three years
• You must be able to climb up the 1.2m foothold ladder into the basket, unassisted and stand for the duration of the flight 
• Anyone who has a medical condition that may preclude them from flying must advise at the time of booking 
• People at any stage of pregnancy and those who participated in diving the previous day cannot fly 
• Children up to the age of 12 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult on the balloon flight 
• Children aged 13-17 can travel on the balloon flight by themselves, but must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the rest of the tour including bus transfers 
• At no time will a passenger be allowed to fly if their judgment is impaired by alcohol, drugs, or prescription medicine
• Available on weekend only

What to Bring/Wear

• Comfortable, enclosed shoes 
  
• Casual clothing that may get a bit dirty (non-white is recommended) 
  
• Hat and sunglasses 
  
• Sunscreen 
  
• Jacket 
• If your flight time is from April to October (in winter), you need to wear warm clothes to prevent the cold; in other months, there will be warm airflow due to the burning of hot air balloons, so you do not need to wear warm clothes

More Information

• The price quoted is for one person 
  
• There will be a minimum of 16 and a maximum of 20 passengers in the basket with you during your flight 
  
• Allow 5-6 hours for the total experience including travel 
  
• Pick up times are confirmed on booking 
  
• Please note that the timings might be adjusted due to seasonal changes, and the specific schedule is subject to the reservation confirmation you received
• All bookings are weather dependent, and in the case of bad weather, your booking will be rescheduled 
  

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
