    By noting your agreement and completing this booking, you are confirming that no member of your booking party has:

    • significant knee, hip, neck or back injury or issue or any other existing conditions that would prevent them from following the pilots instructions including climbing into the balloon using the footholds cut into the side of the basket, Assuming the landing positions with knees bent when instructed to do so, Absorbing a small bump when the balloon is landing or would prevent them from holding on to the safety handles when the balloon is landing.
    • Had surgeries or broken bones within the past 3 months, or are currently under doctors supervision regarding surgery or injury, regardless of when surgery or injury occurred
    • The inability to stand for one hour unassisted.
    • Minimum age is seven years
    • Passengers weight must not exceed 140kg per passenger
    • Not suitable for pregnant woman
