Ever thought about giving martial arts a try? This is the experience for you! Learn the basics of self defence with a private 1-hour session at Brisbane’s largest martial arts centre.
It’s the perfect introduction, and you can sure you’re in safe hands as the sports coaches at the centre have trained a number of Olympic Medalists (including Gold Medalists!) and more than 10 World Champions. But this session is suitable for everyone, and no previous experience, level of fitness or flexibility is needed.
Self defence teaches a range of skills and can have a number of benefits, including calmness, stress management, focus, confidence, determination and self discipline. You’ll feel safer and learn things that can benefit you in day-to-day life, whether that’s at work, home, school or social events.
Your session takes place in a private air-conditioned room with your personal instructor and begins with an easy warm up and stretch to release stress, before moving on to try fun, effective and easy to learn self-defence techniques. It’s great fun and pad kicking is a good work out!
