Loved the American Smokehouse bbq. Had a great evening, the instructor was spot on. The food was spot on and of course the free beers too. I would highly recommend this to anyone interested.
It was interesting but I thought the food would have been different but I understand the food was traditional. Chef was good to listen too.
Would recommend the BBQ school to anyone who likes to BBQ, informative, well run & a lot of fun. Even a seasoned BBQ cook will take something away from this class.
The team at BBQ Cooking school were sensational!! I will definitely be coming back for other courses.
Probably advise that there is a lot of food so come hungry!
BBQ School has a number of other very interesting courses. The American smoking BBQ course was excellent. I have every intention of doing some of the other courses at the school, and will be recommending friends to also go to the BBQ school.
Lessons are attended by between 12-20 students (plus 2 experienced chefs) and take place usually from 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM.
The class includes all ingredients, light refreshments and a fantastic meal to enjoy together. The classes are both a demonstration and hands on experience to ensure you have the confidence to replicate the dishes at home.
This experience is best enjoyed as a participant. To ensure maximum space and comfort of booked guest we do not have spectators for this experience.
