Decrease your chance of being a victim in a violent crime. This self-defence session includes instruction and practice of techniques to deal with an aggressor who is usually physically stronger than you. You will cover topics including avoidance and preventative measures, fight or flight and fast methods of causing serious damage to the attacker.
Predators look for a weak victim, and this course will teach you to be strong and confident through training - attributes which will flow into other areas of your life.
Your instructor will be Greg McKenzie, former celebrity bodyguard and personal trainer to the stars. Greg has experience in boxing, kickboxing, mixed martial arts, professional bodybuilding, fitness training, and is an ASA qualified coach, level 4 personal trainer and ASCA strength and conditioning instructor.
Sessions are held at a gym in Surry Hills (gym entry fee included in the price).

Thoroughly recommend Greg's self defense course! It was brilliant!
I'm 24 years old and will be going travelling soon and wanted to learn some basic techniques. I had a really enjoyable self defence private class with Greg. He was so helpful, supportive and patient in showing me how to defend myself in certain situations. Highly recommend this class to women of all ages, great value for money!
Greg was fantastic. He knew what he was talking about and is a great teacher. One of the best things was that he talked through scenarios as well, so the things he was teaching were believable and relevant. Greg was very encouraging and I really enjoyed the session. I got a lot out of it, and I've already taugt my sister some moves!
Greg McKenzie is very knowledgeable and an excellent trainer. I learned a lot in the session, which has already increased my confidence should I need to defend myself!
